Resources for BioJS Core Development
Several resources around BioJS aim to provide both reusing developers but also contributors to the project with important information for working with BioJS and make their life easier.
This is supposed to be a summary of all the information that we have gathered around our resources and infrastructure at BioJS and how you can make them run locally and finally contribute your changes to our shared tools and resources.
The BioJS registry, our library of all BioJS related components is the core piece of the contributions of your community. It displays all the packages in the Npm registry that are tagged with the
biojs keyword. It currently consists of two different Apps - a Node.js app running on heroku to deliver the backend and an Angular.js app for the frontend served on AWS - to create the web experience.
